We are happy to accept pre-orders for goods which are currently out of stock or due to be released in the near future. We can also take orders for items which are not currently in our catalog, and order them in for you. Please note that we do NOT require advance payment in order to accept a pre-order, but once the item(s) arrive you will be required to pay before shipping. Please email us with your inquiry.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard only.

You can submit your credit card information securely using our shopping cart when you check out - the data is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encoding, which protects your data . By submitting your credit card information, you are authorising us to charge your card with the total amount shown in the shopping cart for the items shown in the shopping cart. You will receive an email from us after you submit the order which is a simple confirmation that we have received your order. We do not actually charge your card until we physically send the order - if there is any problem (such as an item being out of stock, or the shipping cost/service being different from what was quoted) then we will contact you to obtain your confirmation before proceeding.

We accept checks denominated in most major currencies, drawn on most banks. Clearing times vary, depending on the currency and the bank on which the check is drawn. As soon as we receive confirmation that the check has cleared, the goods will be shipped.

[Available for orders of US$ 100 or more]. Please make the Order payable to "Saiko Sounds", and send to the above address. Upon clearance, the goods will be shipped. Important: We do *not* accept money order from any post office, only from a bank.

We have bank accounts in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan and the United Kingdom. You can pay directly into one of these accounts if you wish. Please email us if you wish to pay this way.

You can also pay into our account from any other country, but please note that you must pay all the bank charges.
