For new customers, all goods must be paid for before shipping to you. For regular customers,a COD or on-account service is available. NOTE: We now have a new shopping cart / Wishlist system. If you create a login to the site then your wishlist and other details (such as the settings you choose for browsing the catalog) will be saved for you. To add items to your Wishlist, simple click the "Add" button. Please note tnat the button then changes to "Remove" which allows you to remove the item from your wishlist. In order to view your Wishlist, simply click "View Wishlist" near the top-right of the screen. The Wishlist allows you to add items which have not yet been released or are out of stock. To place an order, simply click "Place Order". By default all the items in your Wishlist will be included in your order, and you can change the quantity and/or remove items. Please note that it is NOT a requirement to have a login to the site in order to use it and place an order - but it does allow us to store your Wishlist, settings in the "Settings" page and the other details you enter into our site when you check out. If you do not make a login to the site then your wishlist and settings will be lost when you come back later another time. Credit card details are collected through the shopping cart. However, we do not make any charge to your card until the order is ready to be sent. If there is any problem with your order, such as an item being out of stock or the shipping cost being higher than what is quoted on our site, then we will contact you and not proceed further until we have your confirmation. Orders are normally ready to be shipped the following day after being received. If you prefer to receive the catalog as an Excel or text file then please contact us and we will send it to you. You can then send back your order using the same file, or send your order by email/fax/telephone.
