Location: 2 hours from Sydney presents new diverse psytrance sounds from a number of up and coming as well as established Australian artists. In addition, this compilation album also provides for new sounds from Europe (Sweden) and Central America (Mexico) highlighting alternate styles in production though out the world.
Sound scapes vary across the album. From Funky kicks and basslines by Hedonix to a melodic epic by Third Drop Reflection accompanied by the more full on style of Tsunami and a unique techy percussive track by Temporary Unknown. The use of animal samples by Daheen creating jungle psytrance beats, while Oculus crashes wave after wave of atmospheric trance into a throbbing wall of sound.
